Once the applicant has completed the application process, they will undergo a detailed background investigation. Upon passing this investigation, their training records will be reviewed to identify any deficiencies or gaps.

The applicant will be required to complete any necessary training to address these areas. Continuous training is mandated for educational purposes and to enhance the skills of the security officer. After determining the applicant’s training needs, an examination will be administered to assess whether they meet the minimum educational requirements and standards for hire.

Once the applicant successfully passes the background investigation and examination, they will be officially employed. The performance of each employee is continually monitored and evaluated.

Many of our off-duty Police Officers are highly trained and experienced in specialized areas such as Defensive Tactics Instruction, SWAT operations, Field Training Officers, Traffic Investigation, School Resource/DARE programs, Field Evidence Technicians, and Auto/Cargo Theft prevention.

All our employees are fully trained in CPR and hold First Aid Certification. Our officers undergo continuous training throughout the year, surpassing industry standards.
